How to get the set:
There are six Shaman Tier 16 sets sharing this particular look, three of which come from Flexible mode and three from Normal mode Siege of Orgrimmar.

Trivia: For unknown reasons, the Normal mode set names are written in a different order to those from Raid Finder, Flexible and Heroic modes.
