How to get the set:
There are three visually identical item level 528 Shaman Tier 16 sets, one for each shaman role:
Elemental – Regalia of Celestial Harmony
Enhancement – Battlegear of Celestial Harmony
Restoration – Vestments of Celestial Harmony
The five items comprising each set are purchased using tokens which drop from the Raid Finder mode of the Siege of Orgrimmar raid instance.
