How to get the set:

There are three visually identical item level 528 Paladin Tier 16 sets, one for each paladin role:
Holy – Vestments of Winged Triumph
Protection – Plate of Winged Triumph
Retribution – Battlegear of Winged Triumph

The five items comprising each set are purchased using tokens which drop from the Raid Finder mode of the Siege of Orgrimmar raid instance.
