How to get the set:

This outfit is a non-class-specific visual copy of the item level 522 Priest T15 sets, the Regalia/Vestments of the Exorcist. The pieces are mostly obtained as boss drops from Normal mode Throne of Thunder.

There are multiple options for several of the armor slots, with all extras after the first lookalike item per slot being linked in the “Alternatives” section. It’s also well worth noting that all of the Throne of Thunder items listed below also have a chance to drop as a “Thunderforged” item. This means they have an identical name and appearance, but will be six item levels higher at 528.
