How to get the set:

This outfit is a non-class-specific visual copy of the item level 502 Monk T15 sets, the Fire-Charm Armor/Battlegear/Vestments. The pieces are mostly obtained as boss drops from Raid Finder mode Throne of Thunder.

Note that due to LFR loot restrictions, only characters in an intellect-based spec will be able to obtain the a complete set. Only shoulders, gloves, boots and a chestpiece are available to agility users. These agility pieces are listed seperately under the “Alternatives” section below.

The intellect chestpiece listed is of particular interest as it uses a robe model, unlike the actual monk tier and the agility chest listed here, all of which are tunics. The chest depicted above is therefore the agility tunic.
