How to get the set:

The five items comprising the item level 493 Mage Season 13 Tyrannical Gladiator’s Regalia are available for purchase with Conquest Points, as are the three matching off-set extras listed at the bottom. This particular version of the set is available to the Alliance only.

The total cost of the 5-piece set is 10250 Conquest Points, broken down into 2250 each for the head, chest and legs, and 1750 each for shoulders and gloves. The three extras cost 4750 Conquest Points, 1750 each for the belt and boots, and 1250 for the bracers. That brings the total cost of the 8-piece outfit to 15000 Conquest.
