How to get the set:

In this article we have created two outfits based around the Blue Linen Vest and Simple Kilt, two low level tailor crafted items.

Most of the extra items we have included are either crafted or BoE world drops, with one or two instance drops and quest rewards thrown into the mix.

Both of the shoulders included in the article are unusual, but those worn by the dwarf are particularly noteworthy. Their model was first added in Cataclysm, but there are no other items which truly match them.
