How to get the set:
There are two visually identical item level 496 Priest Tier 14 sets, one for each priest role:
Discipline/Holy – Vestments of the Guardian Serpent
Shadow – Regalia of the Guardian Serpent

The five items comprising each set are purchased using tokens which drop from the normal modes of the Terrace of Endless Spring and Heart of Fear raid instances.
