How to get the set:

This outfit is comprised of 8 stat-less items, intended for transmogrification/vanity, and only available to rogues.

The items are contained within the Golden Chest of the Silent Assassin, which is awarded once the player has obtained the Challenge Conqueror: Gold achievement. In order to get the achievement, the player must complete every Challenge Mode dungeon with a rating of Gold.
