Sparkleshell items are BoE world drops from roughly level 33-38 creatures. As the drop chances a very low, you’re better off scanning the Auction House for these items.

I started collecting this set. It seems most of the pieces drop from Dire Maul East and West and Maraudon. I was able to get the legs from DM East and I got the chest from DM West. Head, shoulders and boots from the AH (low prices hehe) though I found better shoulders to match. My husband found the bracers.
